  3. Add items with quantity and rate. Use Add item for more rows.
  4. Add discount, tax or delivery charges and payment notes (for example your bank IBAN).

How it works

Amount = quantity × rate. Subtotal = sum of amounts.

Discount is a percentage of the subtotal or a fixed amount. Tax = (subtotal − discount) × tax %. Total = subtotal − discount + tax + delivery.

Examples

  • 10 × Rs 1,500 (printing) + 1 × Rs 5,000 (design) = Rs 20,000; sales tax 18% = Rs 3,600 → Total Rs 23,600.

Frequently asked questions

Is my invoice data saved on your server?

No. The PDF is created in your browser. If you tick “Remember my business details”, only your business name, address and currency are saved in this browser — never customer details.

Can I write the invoice in Urdu?

Not yet. The built-in PDF fonts support English letters, numbers and common symbols. Use English or Roman Urdu, and “Rs” or “PKR” for the currency.

Is this a tax (FBR) invoice?

It is a general invoice. If you are registered for sales tax, your invoices may need extra details such as your NTN/STRN — add them in the address or notes, and follow FBR rules.
